What are Joondalup Orthopaedic Group’s office hours?
Our phone lines are open Monday to Friday, from 7am – 6:30pm.
Please note that we are in a shared space with other doctors, so our staff are not working in the clinic every day. If you would like to speak to our staff in person, please call or email first to avoid disappointment.
We are not open on weekends or public holidays.
How do I make an appointment?
Firstly, please ensure you have a valid GP/Specialist referral to see Mr Lim. You can then either email admin.lim@jogwa.com.au, or call us on 9300 1800 to make an appointment.
Please note that as per Medicare rules, we are unable to accept referrals from allied health providers such as physiotherapists, and alternative health provider such as chiropractors.

Where should I park?
There is a public multi-storey carpark on the left when you enter hospital grounds.
How can I prepare for my first appointment?
Please ensure you’ve read through our welcome email, as it contains important information that will help your experience at our clinic to be as smooth as possible.
Are the fees covered by Medicare and/or Private Health Insurance?
A portion of your consultation fee will be covered by Medicare if you have a valid Medicare card.
Please note that your private health fund does not cover consultations, but will cover your hospital admission according to your level of cover.
Do I have to pay my consultation account on the day?
You will need to settle your account after your consultation. Our clinic accepts cash, credit or debit cards. We are unable to take payments on Amex cards.
